Hongdae Jopok Topokki was a Korean restaurant on the northwest corner of 6th & Catalina whose specialty is “ddeokbokki” — rice cakes in spicy sauce.

Menu also includes kimap, soondae and tempura. Orders can be for takeout.

* Does temporary tattoos while customers wait for orders. The theme of the place is Jopok, which means organized crime, aka gangsters.

Open seven days a week, 11:00 am – 9:00 pm.

Grand opening was on January 5, 2015.

Jopok Topokki first opened in Hongdae, South Korea. With five locations in South Korean and the United States, the chain specializes in traditional South Korean street food.

Their Topokki, Soondae (Korean Sausage), Odeng (Korean Fish Cakes), Gimbap (Korean Hand Roll) and Thick-Battered Home Fries have been enjoyed by customers for over 30 years.
