Palsaik Korean BBQ Restaurant

Korean BBQ restaurant whose specialty is samgyeopsal, which is pork belly akin to uncured bacon.

The restaurant’s name is pronounced “pahl-sehk” (eight colors) and it’s meant to represent eight “colorful” flavors of pork — wine, original, ginseng, garlic, herb, curry, miso, and red pepper paste. Original refers to unmarinated pork.

The classic $49.99 dinner set includes all eight flavors of pork, as well as seafood miso stew, mushrooms, lettuce wraps, salad, bean sprouts, and scorched-rice soup.
