Choi’s / Choice was a longstanding Korean-owned hair salon in the dingy strip mall known as Key Center, on the northwest corner of 6th & Normandie. It was between Miu Dress/The Most and JIP Mail Box / Village Optical.
As of August 2012 / March 2015, price for men’s haircut is 9.99.
