Gook-hwa bbang literally means “chrysanthemum bread” in Korean.
As of November 2014, located outside Assi Market on 8th Street.
July 2012: the cart is temporarily at the Price Xpress lot on the northeast corner of Olympic and Western.
This is because its usual location at Assi Market is currently being renovated.
Also sells $1 hoddeok (small, round pastries filled with a sweet red-bean paste).
