Planned structure on what is currently a surface parking-lot just a few blocks north of Metro’s Wilshire/Vermont Station.

Apartment-hotel development with 75 hotel rooms and seven apartment units above 1,500 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The six-story structure is to be designed by EWAI Architecture. Planned onsite amenities include a fitness center, acourtyard, and a 91-vehicle underground garage.

Scheduled to break ground in 2015 and to be completed by 2017.
