Cafe that took over the Tom n Toms space at the Madang Mall on Western Avenue.

Tagline: “Eat, Talk, Drink”

Serves breakfast / brunch / dinner.

Menu includes specialty coffees, waffles and kimchi fried rice.

Open seven days a week, from 9:00 am to 12:00 midnight.

* The name “Klat” is the word “Talk” written backwards.
