“World-Famous Hot Pastrami”

Langer’s Delicatessen-Restaurant is an iconic delicatessen located just east of Koreatown proper.

Since 1947, Langer’s Deli has served “the world’s best pastrami” to generations of customers.

Al Langer founded the business in 1947 as a 12-stool deli counter at 704 South Alvarado.

Two expansions later at the same location, Langer’s remains a family operation, headed by Al’s son Norm, plus Norm’s wife Jeannette and daughter Trisha.
