Arguably one of the most ineptly staffed LAPL branches in the city.

Loud and rowdy patrons + horribly rude staff

  • Has the largest Korean-language collection in LAPL system
  • Wireless internet access available for free
  • Author Ray Bradbury spotted several times here

The library is named after Pío de Jesús Pico, the last Mexican governor of Alta California. He died in 1894.
