An iconic Art Deco retail building on 3rd & Western that used to house the Selig Clothing Store and in later years, Crocker Bank.

Designed by Arthur E. Harvey, whose work also included Villa Carlotta, the Château Élysée hotel (now the Scientology Celebrity Center), and the American Storage Company Building on Beverly Boulevard.
