This apartment building was the site of a gruesome murder in January 2020.

There was also a natural death in Unit 405 on June 7, 2020. A 42-Korean-male surnamed Cho died from tuberculosis of the lung. He was found dead inside his fourth-floor apartment at 9:00 that morning of a Sunday.
