2021 UPDATE from BRASS MONKEY

In accordance with the most recent LA County order, as of OCTOBER 7th, in order to enter the premises, all patrons will be required to provide:

• Photo ID
• Proof of vaccination against COVID-19

(Patrons must have received their first dose of the vaccine by October 7th, 2021, and must show proof of full vaccination by November 4th, 2021.)

Acceptable forms of vaccination records include:
• Paper vaccination cards
• Photos of paper vaccination cards
• Digital vaccination records such those issued by the CDPH

Negative COVID-19 test results will not be accepted for entry.
