The Boiling Crab established their KTown location at the Brown Derby Plaza in January 2011.

Known for fusing Viet culinary touches to traditional Louisiana seafood boils, the restaurant chain was founded in 2004 by Sinh Nguyen and Dada Ngo, a Vietnamese husband-and-wife team, in Garden Grove’s Little Saigon.
