Kimbob (gimbap) are Korea’s version of the Japanese futomaki (maki rolls).

“Rainbow Kimbap” contains eggs, yellow radish, spinach, carrots, fish=cake pieces, gobo, imitation crab meat, and ham. 🌈

Also on the menu: tteokbokki, udon noodles

The first syllable of the restaurant’s name is closer to being pronounced as Ggol.

Ggor Ghap Kimbob is located at the strip mall called Wilshire-Gramercy Plaza Shopping Center, which also houses Hanshik Express, a Pollo Loco, and Crafted Donuts.
