KIMBAP IN KOREATOWN LA 김밥
What is kimbap?
Kimbap is rice wrapped in seaweed and filled with a variety of ingredients, often including vegetables, meat, and sometimes kimchi.
Kimbap is the Korean version of makizushi or norimaki, except the Japanese use vinegar in the rice, while Koreans use sesame oil.
