Price of the premium meat combo is 156 dollars — includes prime fresh pork belly, thinly sliced brisket, intestines, side dishes, and a choice of soju or beer.

Draft beer is Sappora. Korean beers are Cass, Kloud and Terra.

Soju: Chamisul, Chumchurum, Jinro… peach, green apple, green grape…

Traditional wines: baekseju (12 herbs), bokbunja (raspberry wine), makkoli (rice wine)

The restaurant’s Korean name is “Wang Chang” — Wang is the Korean word for “King.”
