About Kopan Ramen
Eric Sohn, who had worked as a sushi chef for 12 years, opened his own ramen restaurant called Kopan Ramen in Fullerton in January 2013.
Kopan Ramen is now a restaurant chain that specializes in tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen. 🍜
Their signature tonkotsu broth has a hearty, savory pork flavor and a thick, cloudy consistency from the collagen extracted during the long cooking process.
Aside from tonkotsu ramen, they also offer vegetable ramen made from an all-vegetable broth for vegetarian and lighter options.
Kopan Ramen allows customization of their ramens with various styles and toppings.
