SANCHAE BIBIMBAP
Rice, gochujang, sesame oil, mushrooms, bellflower root, spinach, bracken ferm stems, lettuce, carrots, zucchini and bean sprouts ready to be mixed at the table.
Note that sanchae bibimbap is cold and not served in a hot-stone pot.
KONGGUKSU / KONG-GOOK-SOO — available only in the summer.
