Normandie Terrace is a 66-unit family community with one, two, and three, bedroom floor plans.
The building is certified LEED Gold and features multiple eco-friendly components including the use of drought-tolerant plants and a high-efficiency irrigation system for landscaping. All of the units feature formaldehyde-free kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, hardwood flooring, Energy Star kitchen appliances, low flow toilets, and sinks as well as high-efficiency low-E vinyl windows.
The building also includes courtyards, terraces, patios, a lobby, on-site laundry, community/computer room, manager’s office, subterranean parking, and generous pedestrian circulation.
One level of parking is provided under the building for a total of 71 parking spaces.
