Pacific Dining Car

For some odd reason frequently mistaken by out-of-towners as being in Koreatown, Pacific Dining Car is actually deep inside the Westlake District, the neighborhood to the east of Koreatown, west of downtown Los Angeles. It has NEVER been considered by any local as being a part of Koreatown.
