UPDATE: As of July 2026, this building is being called “Liberty Park Tower” — the longstanding anchor tenant “Radio Korea” has moved their main opeartions to Orange County.

Site of the largest open-air World Cup watch parties in Central L.A.

Formally “Wilshire Park Place” on the southeast corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Oxford Avenue. Built as “Beneficial Plaza” in 1967.

Also facetiously called “Liberty Park” during the 2020 looting riots. (The name has since taken hold.)

Longstanding tenants include Kwon Orthodontics on the ground floor.
