Soondae (or sundae) is a popular Korean dish of steamed blood sausagse. It’s often made with pig’s blood, rice, noodles, and various seasonings, then wrapped in a casing and steamed. Commonly enjoyed with a spicy dipping sauce, sundae is often served with a side of kimchi or other banchan / side dishes.
