Sells Chinese-style candied fruit called Tanghulu. 🍡

Tanghulu or Tang hulu is a traditional Chinese snack consisting of rock sugar-coated fruits on a bamboo skewer.

Tangtastic‘s offerings are less sweet than regular Tanghulu, with an emphasis on the freshness of the fruits, such as strawberries, green grapes and whole blue-jay mandarins.

Hours: 12 noon – 7:00 pm, Monday to Sunday

Tangtastic was established in Koreatown in December 2023 in the spot formerly occupied by 77 Kentucky.

탕후루는 중국의 과일 사탕이다. 산사 등의 과일에 설탕 시럽을 발라 굳혀 먹는다. 베이징과 톈진을 포함하는 화베이 지역의 대표적인 겨울 간식이며, 최근에는 중화권 전역에서 즐겨 먹게 되었다. 중화인민공화국의 국민 음식 가운데 하나로 여겨진다.
