Viet in Koreatown, Los Angeles?
Most pho eateries in Koreatown were founded and are operated by Koreans, but there are a couple of establishments that are managed by actual Vietnamese people. Notably, Legend and Simply Pho You are two longstanding Vietnamese-owned restaurants a few blocks away from each other on Vermont Avenue.
There have also been nail salons run by Vietnamese in Koreatown.
