New restaurant on the third floor of the Madang Mall.

Osigye‘s specialty is samgyetang, traditional ginseng chicken soup, but with the poultry already deboned for easier eating.

The restaurant’s Sino-Korean name 午時 鷄 means “Lunch-time chicken.” It’s pronounced in English as Oh-shee-gyeh. Spelling variations: Oshige, Oshigye, O’Shigye

Also on the menu: fresh oyster flower salad

O’sigye is in the space of Aki Shabu, which closed just in March.

Soft-opening date: April 17 (Friday), 12 noon to 8:00 p.m.

Free parking for three hours!
