COMPLAINT RE R & O VALET PARKING SERVICE

Hello, my husband and I are frequent guests at both Feng Mao and Boba Bear… strip mall… We always enjoy our visits there, until today. We went for a leisurely lunch there this afternoon at 2.00pm, and unfortunately we were verbally attacked by your parking lot attendant. We asked him politely why there was a valet parking lot requirement at 2.00p in the afternoon, with no other cars in the lot. We asked if we could park our own car behind the building, even if we paid the $4.00. We weren’t concerned about the $4.00, but rather we we’re curious as to why there was a valet requirement at 2 o’clock on a Wednesday afternoon in an empty parking lot. Instead of telling us the reason, he screamed at me, told me I was rude, told me to shut up, and told me he would only speak to my husband. I am a 60-year-old woman who is very tiny. The young man’s name was Barry Rosa of R and O Valet company. I was very insulted and frightened. I don’t know why he was screaming at us. If we are going to be treated this way in your parking lot, we simply won’t come to your restaurants anymore.
