Founded in 1912, Wilshire Presbyterian Church is a multicultural Christian fellowship on the southeast corner of Third Street and Western Avenue.

* The bus stop in front of the church was taken out by one of three vehicles involved in a traffic accident in the early morning hours of February 25, 2015.

Oriental Mission Church

Though notorious in recent years, the Oriental Mission Church (OMC) has the distinction of being one of the early Korean churches in the Koreatown area. Established in 1970, the nondenominational church 동양선교교회 moved from a pastor’s residence to its current location on Western Avenue in 1975. Located in North Koreatown.
