Founded by Ilyeon Kwon in 1982, HMART is a nationwide Korean-American chain of Asian supermarkets.
H Mart now has three locations in Koreatown Los Angeles.
The first one opened at the Madang Mall on Western Avenue by Wilshire Boulevard.
The second one is a takeover of the old supermarket in the basement of Koreatown Plaza.
The latest one is a takeover of the Zion Market location at the City Center mall on 6th Street.
