Pan de semita is a traditional sweet bread from northern Mexico. This bread has a rich history, dating back to the 16th century when Sephardic Jews settled in the region, bringing their baking traditions with them. The name “semita” is derived from “Semite,” reflecting this cultural heritage.

El Mana’s Bakery is located between Thai Original BBQ restaurant and Del Solar’s Mini Market.
