Central Los Angeles, even Koreatown itself, has a predominantly Hispanic population, so it’s no surprise that our area offers a vast array of authentic and innovative otpions when it comes to Mexican food.

The 8th Street and blocks south are informally known as Oaxacatown due to the dominance of Mexicans from the Oaxaca region.

Sabores Oaxaqueños is a restaurant renowned for its moles, ranging from black to red, yellow, and green. They also offer chapulines (grasshoppers) and dishes like tostadas and molcajetes, as well as refreshing aguas frescas and desserts.
