Westminster Square is a small dingy strip mall on Western Avenue, just south of Fourth Street. The strip mall underwent a renovation in 2019. Among former notable tenants is Pho Yum / Phoever Yum, which has been replaced by CaliPHOnia and Boba Story. The jokbal restaurant semi-hidden in a corner has been replaced by a Mala Hongtang restaurant.
September 2020: Westminster Square changed its name to W 425 Plaza with matching new sign.

Pho Western – Closed
Reputedly the nastiest pho in Koreatown, but it’s open 24 hours and gives kimchi as a side dish. UPDATE: Evicted in late 2012. Replaced by Phoever Yum / Forever Yum in 2013.
