Opened in 2010, MADANG is a three-level shopping and entertainment complex located just north of Wilshire Boulevard on the western side of Western Avenue, where the highly regarded Woo Lae Oak restaurant once stood.

MaDang is the Korean word for ‘yard’ or ‘garden’ — often associated with traditional Korean homes, where it serves as an open space for various activities and gatherings. Here, we can say that the MaDang is a courtyard.
